The use of loaded words, i.e. "right to life" is a tactic that one side in a dispute uses to provoke emotional reactions to sway people's opinions. The RIAA should be challenged on the hyperbolic use of "piracy," a heinous and repehensible crime, to describe alleged copyright infringement.
It's as though one is accused of jaywalking, but the offense is described as rape and murder.
