  1. Defenses Raised are very interesting. One is Statute of Limitations. Another is that others lived in the home while he was away. Still another is the defense that this campaign is to benefit the RIAA and Settlement Support Center.

  2. A nicely argued reply and counter-suit, giving them no time to dismiss w/o prejudice in-between the reply and the counter-suit.

    The only thing I felt was missing from his reply was "...and demands strict proof thereof." Since there is no legal evidence or proof provided...
