Jury does not speak to anyone about verdict
The jury in Capitol v. Thomas-Rasset has left without speaking to either party in the case or any members of the media. Both Plaintiff and Defense counsel made brief statements to the media outside the courtroom but seem to have left the courthouse through a different exit than the front and have not given any other statement.

The RIAA has a habit of citing our blog to judges, so please keep comments dignified and worthy of the important issues we are discussing, in keeping with our comment policies. Clearly they learned a lesson from the first jury: better to stay silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
