My lay opinion is that Plaintiff's motion has a pretty good chance of being granted. On the other hand, I find it ironic that the RIAA cites Daubert as another reason that they will oppose the expert witness, since they seem routinely to offer "expert" witnesses that could not meet Daubert at all.<br /><br />- AndrewAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
