Oppenheim, the introduction states that the deposition was never conferred about. Clearly he is an attorney, but is he representing the RIAA in this case?<BR/><BR/>If he plays too many roles, he may have conflicts of interest, but more importantly he'll also have no way of avoiding deposition.
