There are some definete holes and flaws in JoAn Cho's testimony. One thing is odvious, that SOMEONE ELSE (Possibly RIAA or Settlement Support Center) is the coordnator of this litigation. It is odvious that UMG does not know much about what is going on with these cases!
ReplyDeleteNext, what MediaSentry is indentifing is not enough evidence to prove that a work is PIRATED. For example, it is possible using iTunes or MusicMatch to rip just one or two tracks from a CD and that may have MetaData similar to what comes off Napster or KaZaa.
