Guardian Ad Litem appointed in Elektra v. Schwartz

Magistrate Levy has appointed Eli Uncyk, a Manhattan attorney, as guardian ad litem for the defendant Rae J Schwartz, in Elektra v. Schwartz. The appointment was made necessary by conditions arising from Ms. Schwartz's Multiple Sclerosis.

  3. there is no "prosecution", these are civil cases....

    "persecution" would be more like it....

    this is a win for the good guys, appointing a guardian ad litem to look out for a disabled defendant's interests...
