Internet streaming of court proceeding issue scheduled for oral argument on April 7th in SONY BMG Music v. Tenenbaum

The First Circuit Court of Appeals has scheduled oral argument of the RIAA's petition to prevent internet streaming of upcoming oral arguments in SONY BMG Music Entertainment v. Tenenbaum to be held on April 7, 2009.

    I think to remember seeing unintentionally(!) one oral argument (no, not on youtube but on a official court page) some time ago, but I'm not sure which circuit that one was from.

    So Ray, please tell us what is the regular modus operandi in the fist circuit?

    Are oral arguments before THAT court routinely made available as audio and/or video stream?
