Not that it really matters, but isn't this: "“nowadays WiFi are by default password protected.” just a bad statement considering that WPS is compromised: see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wi-Fi_Protected_Setup#Security
Mr. Beckerman, bravo on the response to plaintiffs blatant attempt to ignore the issues raised at hand. He is attempting to weasel his way out of this.
