  1. In regards to the Thomas verdict, if they don't win an appeal and Ms. Thomas is forced to pay the fines, I suggest that her attorney set up a public support fund. I personally will donate money and if everyone who ever downloaded a song for free donates a dollar, she'll have no trouble paying this ridiculous fine.
