Does MediaDefender have a PI license in all states required?? If not, how does this help them??

I think this only creates another layer of bureaucracy that tends to camouflage the true misdeeds by the RIAA and those that do their bidding. I am sure the RIAA deems MediaSentry as a "loose-end" that needs to be cleaned up (evidence of misdeeds).
