RIAA files new amended exhibit list & new witness list in Thomas-Rasset case

Today the RIAA filed a new witness list and a new amended exhibit list in Capitol Records v. Thomas-Rasset.

In view of the fact that these documents were filed on the last business day prior to the trial, it is doubtful that they would be accepted by the Court.

The new witness list, as with the old witness list, is unaccessible on PACER.

Plaintiffs' amended exhibit list filed June 12, 2009

  1. So on the last list, item 4 was blank. I wonder if it was originally blank due to incompetence or because they chose to sneak it on as the clock struck midnight.

  2. I have compared the latest amended list with the previous list and the biggest change seems to me that the column "defendant's objections" is filled in from the list that Camera provided with the objections.
Interesting is (new?) item 4: "Chain of Title"

  3. It's almost as if they deliberately
tried to avoid any objections to
    chain of title.

Or is it just me that thinks that ?

  4. The major change is in Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 3 - this has been changed from Certificates of Registration to Certified Copies of Certificates of Registration.
