In re BitTorrent Adult Film Copyright Infringement cases, in which the Court has been
concerned about "indicia of improper conduct" by plaintiff's counsel, the plaintiff's lawyer has filed a declaration claiming that the misconduct was the result of an error, and was not intentional. He stated that there was a mistake by the paralegal, and that he failed to catch the mistake.
