Overload the B*****ds with work. Sounds like they've got all they can handle now. Very many more new cases and a new firm will have to come on board and get up to speed, involving even more costs and delays. Did the RIAA really think nobody would fight back?

Yah, it seems odd, THEY are they ones who sued 18k+ people, you would think they might have more lawyers on that :D

(ok so they sued many doe's and most settled and the rest were sued by name, it's close enough)

There is that, then again they turned around and launched another 800 or so in the last 2 months. Truely amazing.

Well I have a suggestion to help the lawyers out with their time pressure : stop bringing frivolous cases.

Then their workload would be quite manageable.

In fact they could get in some vacation time, and visit New York, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and other places at their leisure.

Ray, you are mean!

and do you really expect they understand your sentence?
something like "In fact they could get in some vacation time, and visit their WATERLOO and other places at their leisure." might be more oviously for them ;-)
