New Counterclaims in new South Carolina Case, Atlantic v. Njuguna

An answer and counterclaims have been filed in a new Charleston,, South Carolina, case, Atlantic v. Njuguna.

Defendant is counterclaiming for, among other things, Negligence and violation of the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act.

AMD FanBoi said...: Seems there is quite a snake pit involved when attempting to use boilerplate tactics, and bullying tactics at that, to litigate in 50 different states with 50 different sets of RICO, SLAAP, consumer protection, and other laws in place -- let alone not being licensed to practice law in all of the affected states.
