Atlantic v. Howell, in Arizona, adjourned to December 14th, with briefs to be filed by December 7th

In Atlantic v. Howell, the Phoenix, Arizona, case in which the defendant has been appearing pro se, and in which he has succeeded in getting a prior order adopting the RIAA's "making available" theory vacated, the Court has adjourned the RIAA's summary judgment motion to December 14th, giving the parties until December 7th to file any additional briefs.
