Arista v. LimeWire schedule: fact discovery by 4/18, expert discovery by 6/18, summary judgment motions filed by 7/9

In Arista v. LimeWire, the Court has set the following schedule:

-close of fact discovery April 18th;
-close of expert discovery June 18th; and
-summary judgment motions to be filed by July 9th, with briefing completed by October 1st.
