Cassin attorneys notify Judge Robertson about Atlantic v. Howell decision

In Warner v. Cassin, a White Plains case in which the defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint is pending, Ms. Cassin's attorneys wrote to Judge Robertson to bring to his attention the recent April 29th decision in Atlantic v. Howell.
