A great article. I knew about these cases against people accused of downloading songs, but had no idea how unfair they are.
The format of the article, which describes the problem, then makes a suggestion on how the courts could correct it, made it easy reading for an uninformed person.
Thanks for your substantial contribution to this important issue.
