According to the RIAA's Cara Duckworth, the RIAA has not filed a new lawsuit "for months".
I would appreciate anyone with information on any recent suit having been filed, emailing me with the docket number and Court in which it was filed.

The RIAA has a habit of citing our blog to judges, so please keep comments dignified and worthy of the important issues we are discussing, in keeping with our comment policies. But isn't that a good thing. These lawsuits take up a lot of time and shift the judiciary focus from more important things...
