NECN.com guy: "Hey Ted, wait a minute! This guy [Joel T.] offered five thousand bucks to settle and the recording industry said we want ten thousand five hundred? .. My goodness! .. Oh my goodness!

What this news moderator allegedly has not observed/realised so far is that it is even more "curious" in so far that Recording Industry Spokeswoman Cara D. -according to newsreports- even blamed Professor Nesson that the case is not over already!

Darn vexatious defendants!! The gal of actually mounting a defense against the RIAA's cookie cutter factory litigation. Don't they know how inconvenient that is for the RIAA? Shame, shame, shame on them... ;->
