Elektra v. Santangelo II may be settled

According to court papers, the parties have reached a "settlement in principle" in Elektra Entertainment v. Santangelo II, the case that had been brought against two of Patti Santangelo's children.

Patti Santangelo is believed to be the first RIAA defendant to have made a motion to dismiss the complaint, attacking the RIAA's "making available" theory.
