I for one woudl like to know what the H-E Double Hockey Sticks :) the jurors were thinking.
Reading the transcripts I was of two minds.
1) RIAA had a terrible case.
2) Thomas_Rassett came across as guilty and unsympathetic.
Fascinating!
So the RIAA wants to determine how to seat juries like this in the future.
Or maybe they just need to know where to send the, er, thank you notes.
Maybe the Defense can learn something from this as well.
