In Andersen v. Atlantic class action, oral arguments scheduled for October 19th

In the abuse of process class action in Oregon, Andersen v. Atlantic Recording, oral argument of the plaintiff's motion to certify a class and defendants' motion for summary judgment is scheduled for October 19th:

I believe in this case, unlike Thomas-Rasset or Tenenbaum, the defense attorney is well-prepared, well versed in relevant case law, and has good arguments ready to go. That's very encouraging.

Ray, in my as-yet unposted comment, I almost certainly said defendant when I meant plaintiff (being that it's a class action and not a normal P2P case) so you should probably just delete the comment. On the other hand, it was anonymous anyway. And please don't post this comment either.
