What is the point of the blacked out sentences in the first document? They don't seem to contain any obviously confidential information. And if they did, now it isn't very confidential anymore.
Beats me.
But then again, it appears to me that it was done by the RIAA's lawyers. You're not expecting rationality from THEM at this late date, are you?
Isn't that prejudicial to their pleading in some degree and/or likely to insult/offend the judge?
