Class Action Plaintiff Tanya Andersen Files Opposition to RIAA Dismissal Motion in Andersen v. Atlantic

In Andersen v. Atlantic, the class action in Oregon against the RIAA, certain recording companies, and their investigators, Ms. Andersen has filed her papers opposing the motion by defendants other than MediaSentry to dismiss the amended complaint.

We note from the court records that Ms. Andersen's attorneys, Lybeck Murphy of Mercer Island, Washington, have been joined by class action firm Patton, Roberts, McWilliams & Capshaw, based in Texarkana, Texas.
