John Doe Defendants Move to Strike Plaintiffs' Pleadings in Arista v. Does 1-11, Oklahoma State University Ex Parte Case

In Arista v. Does 1-11, the case which targets Oklahoma State University students, "John Does" have made a motion to strike the RIAA's papers, and dismiss the complaint, based upon the RIAA's "contemptuous behavior" in disregard of the Court's rules and a Court order.
