The RIAA has a habit of citing our blog to judges, so please keep comments dignified and worthy of the important issues we are discussing, in keeping with our comment policies. At least this one is with prejudice, but that part about each party to bear its own costs and fees is utter garbage!

That means they got paid something. They never withdraw a case just because they were wrong.
