Reuters: MP3Tunes files for bankruptcy

MP3Tunes Inc., the defendant in Capitol Records v. MP3Tunes Inc., has filed for bankruptcy, according to this report from Reuters.

  1. ya, thanks for the forum ray......i see there's 0 posts.....but.......donno if you've driven down music row in nashville lately...but, you'll see a lot of for rent and for sale signs....most of the independents have been devestated by this crazy decimation of the copyright law.....it's the little guys that are being destroyed, not the majors, but they have enough money to fight, we do not.....
