Random Reassignment Motion in Brooklyn to be formally briefed in Maverick v. Chowdhury and Elektra v. Torres

The motions by defendants Fazlul Chowdhury and Victor Torres, in Elektra v. Torres and Maverick v. Chowdury, for random reassignment of their cases, and for the RIAA's other cases in Brooklyn not to be routinely designated as "related cases", is going to be formally briefed, and a briefing schedule, ending in December, has been agreed to by the parties.
