Plaintiffs file brief opposing objection to uncertified sound recordings

In Capitol Records v. Thomas, plaintiffs filed a brief opposing defendant's objection to their use of uncertified sound recordings.

The brief appears to have been filed after the 12:00 midnight filing deadline.
