RIAA Moves to Dismiss Counterclaims in UMG v. DelCid, Tampa Case Alleging Extortion and Conspiracy

In UMG v. Del Cid, the Tampa, Florida, case in which counterclaims for civil extortion and conspiracy were interposed against the RIAA plaintiffs, the RIAA has now moved to dismiss all of the counterclaims:
