Those affirmative defenses are just like the Eveready Bunny -- they just keep going and going and going...
I can't imagine the RIAA wanting to gear up to overcome all those, but if Mr. Glass is half the pit bull he appears to be on paper, they may have no choice but to fight him to the bitter end.

The RIAA lawyers worked with Santangelo's lawyer on a scheduling order and then claimed she hadn't made an appearance in the case?
