In Arista Records v. Does 1-16, the case targeting SUNY Albany students, the appeals schedule has been extended on consent as follows:
--Defendant's appellate brief due May 26th;
--Plaintiffs' brief June 25th;
--Defendant's reply brief July 6th.
The stay continues in effect.
