It seemed this was a case like all the thousands of boiler plate complains Evil4 had filed.

The only noteworthy thing might be that defendant was the one that filed for a judgment on the pleadings a while a go.

Could that really be the reason for a "with prejudice" stipulation?; May 2, 2009 at 10:56:00 AM EDT
