Hm, makes me wonder why that one was "with"!
It seemed this was a case like all the thousands of boiler plate complains Evil4 had filed.
The only noteworthy thing might be that defendant was the one that filed for a judgment on the pleadings a while a go.
Could that really be the reason for a "with prejudice" stipulation?
