In University of Oregon case, RIAA cites Marshall University decision as supplemental authority

In Arista v. Does 1-17, the case targeting University of Oregon students, the RIAA has cited to the court the Magistrate Judge's decision denying a motion to quash in the Marshall University case, Arista v. Does 1-7.

I note that even in this short a document that the RIAA lawyer is using weasel-words in the admission that the cases aren't identical, but he'd like them to be viewed as such.
