Parties write to Judge Robinson in Warner v. Cassin about decision in Elektra v. Barker

In Warner v. Cassin, in which a similar dismissal motion is pending before Hon. Stephen C. Robinson in the same court, the Southern District of New York, both sides have written to Judge Robinson about the Elektra v. Barker decision.

Never in my life did I ever think that I would see "sausage factory" used in a legal document. Thank you Ray, I literally laughed out loud at that line.
