In Arista Records v. Does 1-16, the case targeting students at the State University of New York in Albany, a student's motion to stay the RIAA subpoena and lower court proceedings during the pendency of his appeal in the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, is scheduled to be submitted to the Court on April 21st.
As is customary in motion practice before the Second Circuit, no oral argument is expected to be conducted.
