Oral argument on video streaming of lower court oral argument to take place Weds April 8th in SONY v. Tenenbaum

Reminder that the oral argument in the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, in SONY BMG Music Entertainment v. Tenenbaum, on the subject of whether a lower court oral argument can be broadcast, will take place on Wednesday, April 8th, at 9:00 A.M., at the federal courthouse in Boston, Massachusetts.

The order says that the oral argument is to take place April 7th not the 8th. HAS there been a change in the scheduling?

Yes the subsequent "Notice of Argument" rescheduled it for April 8th.
