Case against Patti Santangelo's kids appears to continue to be in 'settlement' mode

According to recent court papers in Elektra Entertainment Group v. Santangelo II, the RIAA's case against 2 of Patti Santangelo's children, recent court documents suggest that the parties are still in the process of submitting a "settlement" to the Court.

Order extending stay for 2 days
