3 New Brooklyn Defendants Fight Back, Challenge complaint, counterclaim for Trespass, Fraud, Deceptive Business Practices, Declaratory Judgments

In three new contested cases in federal court in Brooklyn, the defendants have raised the insufficiency of the complaint, under Interscope v. Rodriguez and Bell Atlantic v. Twombly, and have counterclaimed against the plaintiffs for trespass, computer fraud and abuse, deceptive trade practices, and for declaratory judgments of non-infringement.
