Attorneys Fee Motion in Interscope v. Leadbetter Denied on Ground that Dismissal was Without Prejucice; Ms. Leadbetter files appeal

In Interscope v. Leadbetter, where the RIAA had moved to dismiss without prejudice, Ms. Leadbetter did not oppose dismissal, and the Court 'retained jurisdiction' to consider the attorneys fees question, the Court denied Ms. Leadbetter's subsequent motion for attorneys fees on the ground that dismissal had been "without prejudice".

Ms. Leadbetter has filed an appeal.
